Nicole Griffin, DNP, NP-C, brings a background spanning primary care, post-acute care, cardiology, and urgent care — experience that shapes how carefully Dynamic Health looks at the whole patient, not just the complaint in front of her. Along the way, she watched too many patients in Southern Maryland put off care simply because appointments only existed during the same hours as their jobs. Dynamic Health was built to close that gap — a practice that meets adults where they are, in the evenings and on Saturdays, by video or in person, without sacrificing the kind of attentive, relationship-based care that gets lost in high-volume clinics.

She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (DNP, NP-C), trained to diagnose, treat, and manage care for adults across both everyday primary care needs and the urgent, can't-wait moments in between. Dynamic Health is intentionally both — primary care and urgent care — so patients have one trusted place to turn to, whatever brings them in.
